Ask for a refund within 7 days of buying if you have not used the credits. Failed videos get their credits back automatically.

We want you to be happy with what you buy on State Property Meme. This page explains when you can get your money back and how to ask.

Refunds within 7 days

You can ask for a full refund within 7 days of your purchase if you have not used any of the credits from it. This applies to every credit pack.

Once credits from a purchase have been used to make a video, that purchase is in principle not refundable, because the video has already been generated and paid for with the AI provider. If something went wrong with a video, write to us anyway: we look at every request.

Failed videos

You do not need to ask for these. If a video fails, takes too long, or is blocked by the safety check (your photo or text before it starts, or the finished video), the credits go back to your balance automatically and you can try again with another photo or setting. A video that is finished but that you don't like is not a failed video.

Charged twice or by mistake

If you were charged twice for the same purchase, or charged for something you did not buy, write to us and we will refund the extra charge in full, whenever you notice it.

How to ask

Email support@statepropertymeme.app from the address you used to pay and include the date and amount of the payment (you can find them under Payments). Guests can simply reply with the email used at checkout. We answer within 2 business days.

When a refund is approved, the money goes back to the original payment method (card or PayPal). Your bank usually shows it within 5 to 10 business days. The unused credits from that purchase are removed from your balance at the same time.

Please write to us before opening a dispute with your bank: we can usually sort it out faster, and a dispute freezes the payment for weeks. Opening a dispute or chargeback suspends your account and removes its unused credits.
